“ They are awesome place to eat Indian food they are amazing people and great price and great Buffet ”
“ On Thursday, 11/21/2024, After the academy, two of my classmates, Cisneros, Garlik, and I, decided to come here. We could smell the food from the parking lot, which smelled really good. It seemed pretty busy inside. We all ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala. Parking: The parking lot is big and shared with adjacent businesses, parking should not be an issue. Also, the AMC movie theater is next door, within walking distance incase anyone wants to see a movie after, or before. The time the food was brought out: Quick Food: 1 Chicken Tikka Masala $16.99. I ordered it mild since I don't like spicy food. It did not taste spicy at all; it was more on the sweet side, which I did not mind and I prefer since I have a sweet tooth. I really enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala again; maybe I'll try the shrimp next visit. Garlic Naan(2) was $3.99 each and it was delicious. Service: was average Ambiance: Interesting, they have a lot of stuff inside, and umbrellas all over the ceiling. Overall, I would come back. This was my first India restaurant eating in Utah. The one I always at in California had a similar name, "New Flavor of India," Rosemead , CA. The menu looks worth exploring. Also, they do not bring you, the check. You have to walk up to them when you're done and pay there. ”
“ Great place to enjoy a wide variety of Indian food at their buffet! The luncheon buffet is $18.95 but is well worth it! ”
“ Let me say that all I have tried so far is the lunch buffet from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Every single item I have tried was absolutely amazing. The flavor of the food as well as the variety are not something you would expect to find in a buffet setting. A clean warm and welcoming environment with excellent service and a great price. This is now my favorite place to eat in Utah. If you are in town visiting and do not make the time to at least try the lunch buffet you are missing out. ”
“ About a month ago I wrote a review claiming that Mumbai House was the best Indian in Utah. As it happened, the very next day I had a conversation with a friend wherein he claimed that Flavors of India was not only better, but it was much better. Needless to say I was skeptical. My friend was completely right. Not only is it the best Indian food in Utah, it is the best Indian food I have *ever* had. It's the best Indian my husband has ever had outside of India. I always order the chicken tikka masala at a new Indian place just for a consistent benchmark. Flavors of India's was incredible. I can't figure out what they do to it. I don't even want to cook my own tikka masala anymore. It was just SO much better. (Seriously though what is it? It's a bit sweet. Sultanas? Apricot purée? What?) The dal paratha was also the best I have ever had. My husband usually feels cheated when we don't get Naan (because we are avoiding folic acid for fertility reasons), and this is the first time ever when he thought that the paratha was every bit as good as excellent Naan. We also had the tomato soup which was meh. But Yelp would need 5k stars for me to doc one for the mediocre soup because everything else was so delicious. So yeah. Hands down, Utah's best Indian. Maybe the best Indian outside of India. ”
“ We had an absolutely delightful evening at Flavors of India. The food and ambiance were great!! The bright colors and friendly staff madd to my desire to visit India. The best part of the night was an 8 year old boy who took so much pride in the restaurant. He had food suggestions, hello Ed us pack leftovers and even gave us VIP cards for when we return. We left smiling!!! ”
“ From the outside, this restaurant is a bit non-descript. But inside, it's vibrant and colorful-just what I'd expect to see in an Indian restaurant. The beautiful umbrellas hanging from the celling caught my gaze and never seemed to let go. My wife and I visited for a late lunch recently and were one of only two parties in the entire place. We ordered the lamb and the chicken tikka masala and an order of butter naan to share. I'm sure everything was made fresh, because it took quite a while for the food to arrive after we ordered it. But it was pretty good and we were happy to sit and enjoy the Indian music videos that were playing on the wall. I was introduced to Indian hip hop (or whatever you call it) and I left with a new playlist loaded to my phone. Back to the food, the real reason I was there. Everything we ordered was ok-not over the top spectacular, but it was good. The sauce was a little more tomato-ey than I prefer, but it may have been adapted to a more mild palleted clientele here locally. ”
